The new program is intended for both young professionals and those who would like to get to know the complex world of media, PR, marketing, lobbying, advocacy and economic research.

Led by experienced professionals, the program primarily aims at professional development and development of specific skills.

The new program is intended for both young professionals and those who would like to get to know the complex world of media, PR, marketing, lobbying, advocacy and economic research.

Led by experienced professionals, the program primarily aims at professional development and development of specific skills.

The Media, PR and Research Program is our new specialized program that was launched in March 2020.

This specialized two-semester program thoroughly prepares selected participants for work in the following areas:

  • creating, editing and placing political, economic and social content in all modern media forms
  • agency, corporate and political PR with special emphasis on digital PR and modern transformations
  • public opinion research, economic analysis and policy making

At the beginning, the participants of the program choose whether they would like to attend a course in the field of media and PR or a course in the field research and policy making.

In addition to the selected courses, there is a joint program attended by all participants.

Course Media and PR

During the first semester, through series of lectures and workshops participants are introduced to the dynamics of work in media. Within this course, participants learn how to process complex content in all media forms in a simple and clear way.

The coordinators of this course for the new generation of students that we are enrolling in March 2021 will be a journalists Maja Dragić, from N1 television and Ivana Pavlović, editor of the internet edition of Nova ekonomija.

Course Research and Policy Making

In the first semester, participants who choose this specialized course are introduced to complex research data, content, as well as public opinion. This application of basic techniques and tools in research has wide application in various areas of the market. As part of the course, participants also do their research with mentor support.

In the second semester, through the work on practical and useful examples, participants are introduced to economic analyzes and shaping public policies, as well as how to link research with these processes. They consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired in lectures by writing their analysis.

Coordinators of this courses are Nikola Jović form Faculty for Political Sciences and Mihailo Gajić, program director of our unit for economic researches.

Joint program

Participants of the Media and PR Course and participants of the Research Course attend the joint program together. It consists from a series of lectures by experts in the field of domestic and global politics, economics, media, business and international organizations. Through a joint course, participants get acquainted with the most recent trends and processes in the fields of economy, media business, media environment, public policies, as well as others relevant areas.

The first generation of participants in the Media, PR and Research Program completed the program in November 2020, and we will enroll the next generation in March 2021.
